Ording is simple, choose the item you wish to purchase, select the options from the drop down down box and hit Add to Cart. While your items are in the cart they are not reserved, and you are not committed to purchase them at this time.
Please note, when purchasing custom items an additional form will appear after clicking add to cart to allow you to tell us about your custom choices.
When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner of the page and continue through to the checkout. You will be taken to a secure page where you can input your contact email (we will send notifications here, so make sure it is correct), your address and card details.
You will be asked to choose which shipping method you would like to use. All of our shipping is flat rate, so you can order multiple items for one price.
We accept both credit card, apple/android pay and Paypal.
Once you have clicked through the payment stage, you will have the option to review and confirm. Press the coral button and your order will be on its way to being yours!
Cancellations are only accepted up to 12 noon UK time the day after you place your order. After this time cancellations are not permitted as we have usually already started to prepare it. If you contact us before this time a refund will be issued.
If your order has already been posted, you will need to follow the return procedure below.
We regret that currently our system does not allow the combining of orders, or the addition of extra items to an order. If you wish to add further items you will need to place a second order.
We do our very best to try to make the colours of our images as accurate as possible to the real life thing, but unfortunately not all computer/device screens are created equal and sometimes colour may be interpreted differently by your screen.
My processing time for made to order (stickers) is approximately 7 working days, for items in stock and already made, my processing time is 3 working days. If you have a query about when your order will ship please drop us a message through the contact us page.

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders, and we ship worldwide.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail.
Items within the UK are sent First Class stamp mail unless an upgrade is selected at checkout. Please allow Royal Mail 7 working days for your order to arrive after despatch, and send us a message through the contact us page if you are worried.
Items sent internationally are sent via International standard, unless an upgrade is selected at checkout. Delivery internationally can vary greatly depending where you are, please allow 14-21 working days for reciept.
Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays to transit which are beyond our control.
Royal Mail required items to be missing for 21 days before a claim can be made. Please allow these 21 working days to elapse before contacting us about missing orders. After this period we are happy to help.
I will always fill out a customs declaration and any charges on entry to your country are the buyers to pay.

You must request a return within 14 working days of receiving an order or once the first attempt at delivery has been made by using the contact us page. Authorised returns must be received within 14 days to remain valid for a refund.
Any items you wish to return must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be rejected.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and we advise that you return items via a tracked method; as returns which go missing will not be refunded.

Certain items are non-returnable, these include:

· Personalised or customised items
· Promotional items or samples.
To request a return you must contact the shop via the contact us page before attempting to return an order. Any items returned without contacting the shop first may not receive a refund. Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please return your order to:

Once your return has arrived safely back in the studio and has been checked, you will be sent an email to confirm if your return has been accepted. If accepted, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 14 working days.
If you requested an exchange your new items will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received, checked, approved and additional postage has been paid. If you wish to exchange for a higher cost item the difference will be payable before dispatch.
If you believe your items to be faulty, please contact us upon receipt of your order, and follow the above instructions for returns. All potential faulty items must be returned within 7 working days of reporting.
In most circumstances orders believed to be lost have just got stuck in the postal system. Please endeavour to check with your local sorting office, any safe places or neighbours before contacting us about a missing item.
Buyers are encouraged to purchase tracked shipping at checkout to avoid any mishaps.
